Appointment Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments as we need time to fill that spot. We are appointment based, so late reschedules will be charged 50% of the service total and no show will be charged 100% before next appointment can be booked. All Saturday late cancellations or reschedules will be charged 100% of total service charge We appreciate your understanding!
